Senior volleyball player Ashlee Rose is a dominant outside hitter with great focus and determination. The West volleyball team finished with an overall record of 34-4 and an undefeated district record of 7-0. Concluding the season as the 18th best team in the state, these ladies caught the eyes of many.

Not only is Rose active with volleyball, but she is also a player on the varsity girls’ basketball team. Rose is looking for a successful season and improvement in overall team skills. She plans to shape the team and lead them to a confident outlook on this upcoming season.

“Next year I plan to play volleyball and basketball at the college level,” Rose said when asked what her plans would be for college and if she saw herself active in sports. Learning this, you can immediately tell that Rose is an extremely hard worker. Athletics at the collegiate level takes precious time and serious dedication, and she has properly prepared herself.
