It’s springtime, and the weather is really starting to warm up! It is a great time to start getting out and exercising. Staying active and eating right is the key to living a healthy life style. Here are a few tips for ways to stay active and eat healthy this spring:

  • Go on a walk in the evenings
  • Ride your bike
  • Instead of desert, drink a smoothie or protein shake
  • Exercise a couple days of the week
  • Substitute pop for water or Gatorade
  • Start an exercise routine
  • Revamp your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Drink more water
  • Protect your skin
